A boundary problem

This page does not treat ordinary Japanese employment as compromised. It examines the point at which a job opportunity stops being employment.

A labor market is also an identity-and-trust infrastructure. Once criminal networks can enter it, job search itself becomes an attack surface.

警察庁『令和7年における組織犯罪の情勢』は、匿名・流動型犯罪グループが海外の特殊詐欺拠点の運営や、日本人のかけ子・オペレーターの調達に関与していると記している。外務省は、海外の闇バイトを通じて日本人が国外へ移動させられ、詐欺や薬物輸送への関与を強いられた事例があると注意喚起している。観測対象は、求人が信頼インフラとして使われうることであり、日本の労働市場全体の安全性を判定するものではない。

Gap

雇用は技能と報酬のマッチングとして観測されやすい。いま見えるずれは、求人の見た目が雇用のままでありながら、その下にある制度が身元確認、移動、強制、犯罪実行の調達へ変わりうることである。

Interpretation

労働市場は同時に、身元と信頼のインフラである。犯罪ネットワークがそこに入れるなら、求職そのものが攻撃面になりうる。正統な雇用から灰色の募集、犯罪募集、強制労働、強制的な犯罪労働への移行は、見分けにくくなりつつある。雇用の正統性は、消費者向けの注意喚起ではなく、制度の境界として現れつつある。これは The Human Reserve の逆向きの接続でもある。自動化が進むほど、残る人間の調達そのものが価値を持ちうる。
